Last time I checked,

being “facebook official” doesnt give anyone a stamp of approval on the validity of their relationship. It is ridiculous that we are less likely to value a relationship unless check off a box on a social networking site. Its just plain silly. 

At the end of it all, my facebook friends are not whom I care to know about my relationship….and if you cant be happy for me (at least for a milisecond) then I possibly want nothing to do with you.
